MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION

1. How do I create an account?
To create an account click on ‘Account’ at the top of any page of our site. In the ‘Create Account’ box on the right enter your name, email address, a unique password (must be at least 6 characters long) and click ‘Create’. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your account creation request, follow the link in the email to accept.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order; you can process your order as a guest. The benefit of having your own account is that we can save your personal details such as your address and purchase details which makes it simpler for you to keep track of your purchases and deliveries.

3. I’ve forgotten my password
Click on ‘Account’ at the top of the screen, then under the ‘Login’ field on the left click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ A link will be emailed to you at the email address you registered with, follow the link to create a new password – please note your password must be at least 6 characters long.

4. My password isn’t working
If your password is not being accepted click on ‘Account’ in the top-right menu, then underneath ‘Login’ click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ A link will be emailed to you at the email address you registered with, follow the link to create a new password – please note your password must be at least 6 characters long.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries

2. Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we ship to all PO Box addresses

FREE Standard Delivery for orders over $150

Please note: All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
This is unfortunately not within our control and we are unable to prepay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if any taxes are applicable and how much they may be. 

4. How long does delivery take?
Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days and take approximately 1-3 business days for delivery within Australia via Express and 3-7 business days for Standard delivery.
New Zealand is 3-5 Business days, other countries vary (please contact us if you require specifics)

5. Will you send me a shipping confirmation email once you send my order?
Yes, we will email you a shipping confirmation and a copy of your receipt/tax invoice for your order. Please retain a copy of the receipt as this is your proof of purchase and will be required should a refund/exchange be necessary.

6. Can I have my order sent to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can specify a Billing and a Shipping address when making your purchase and these can be different.

7. What happens if my item is out of stock?
In the event you have bought an item that is out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days to let you know that it is no longer available. A refund or credit will be provided for that Item. Our customer service is contactable on +61 04 3125 4090 if you require further assistance

8. Who can I ask for help with my delivery?
Either email online@konahm.com.au or call us on +61 04 3125 4090 between 7 am – 9 pm any days of the week (AWST)

9. What if my parcel is marked return to sender?
If your parcel is returned to sender by our courier then we will contact you to re-confirm the postal address. If the postal address provided to us was incorrect, we may apply a second shipping fee to resend the item.
