RETURN POLICY
We happily accept returns and exchange on all time that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused, new with tag still on).
Must return items within 14 business days of receipt
We accept returns are only on full-priced items.
For discount and promotional item, we only accept exchange and store credit.
Return and exchange request received outside the 14-business time frame may only be accepted at our discretion upon further assessment.

RETURN PROCESS
It recommended you start your return process as soon as practicably possible. You must return all the items to us within 14 business days. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the return request. If the item is deemed faulty at the time it was delivered to you, we will foot the cost. All you need to complete your return is your email address, and the order number. For Exchange, we will happily deliver your new item to you at our full cost.

Once we receive the item, it will undergo quality inspection and if approved, we will instantly process your refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the item directly to the credit card or the payment method used to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been worn, washed or damaged.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please Returns faulty items must be done within 14 business days of parcel delivery. We will replace a faulty and wrong sized item if a replacement is available in stock. If the style is no longer available, we will offer you a credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted.
